DELL Fail – Once more

Do you see the difference between two pictures? If not, I think I am going mad.

The time difference between those two screenshots is not more than 30 mins.

DELL, I liked you at the first sight, but now you are changing my mind. The online support agents are so helpful that I _may_ consider buying DELL again, but you suck at customer care.

Wow - good to see someone else with the same reaction I had. Their support and online experience is actually much worse than this conveys...

In order to be fair, i have to say that I am very satisfied with DELL technical support in Turkey. They tried everything and told me that they have the sreenshot indicating my warranty status and the rest shouldn't be an issue. My laptop arrived me back in 4 days, which, for a motherboard replace (the parts come from another country), is short enough!
